Membership:

1. Any person can apply for membership by completing and mailing the application form below to "Hong Kong Cat Lovers' Society" at P.O. Box 70108, Kowloon Central Post Office, together with a crossed cheque of HK$200.00 for annual fee;
2. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Hong Kong Cat Lovers' Society";
3. The cheque would be returned to the applicant if the application for membership is not approved;
4. Hong Kong Cat Lovers' Society has full discretion in approving the application for membership;
5. Membership valid from Feb 1, 2009 to Jan 31, 2010.

Member's Benefits:

1. Discount on Vaccination and Neutering of cats at appointed vet clinics. (details as attached)
   2. Free tickets of the HKCLS cat shows.
   3. Advance ticket booking of the HKCLS cat shows with 20% discount (max. 10 tickets each member)
